OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Drafters Logic Football Experience Sweepstakes begins on January XX, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Draft Logic LLC DBA Draft Logic (“Sponsor”), 14787 Wineridge Rd., San Diego, CA 92127, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents residing in Alaska, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Employees of Sponsor, ANYONE ELSE? and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, promotional, fulfillment, or any advertising or other agencies or suppliers involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside of the states listed above and where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to earn entries into the Sweepstakes.
Entry Method #1: Via Email with Mobile Phone. You must use a mobile phone to enter via this method of entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals who have opted in to receive marketing emails from Sponsor may receive an email inviting entry into the Sweepstakes. To enter, click on the link in the email to be redirected to the sweepstakes website (the “Website”). At the Website, provide your mobile telephone number and follow the onscreen instructions to spin the wheel. Once you have spun the wheel, you will receive a text message with instructions on how to complete your entry. Click on the link in the text message and follow the prompts to complete your entry to receive fifty (50) entries into the Sweepstakes. All requested information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. By providing your mobile telephone number and entering via Entry Method #1, you agree that Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents may contact you at this phone number and via email, if provided, including auto-dialed and pre-recorded messages including SMS, and calls (regardless of do-not-call registration) regarding Sponsors, products and services. Consent not required to enter or win. You do not need to remain opted-in to email marketing and/or text messaging messages to remain eligible for the Sweepstakes.
Entry Method #2: Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) Online without a Mobile Phone. To enter without providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Sponsor visit www.DraftersLogicAMOE.com (the “AMOE Website”), complete the entry form with the information requested, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry to receive fifty (50) entries into the Sweepstakes. All requested information on the entry form at the AMOE Website must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the AMOE Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.
Limit of fifty (50) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the privacy policy available at www.draftlogicssweep.com/privacy-policy.
All entries must be received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein in order to participate. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential prize winner will be notified by mobile phone number and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Potential winner will be required to execute, have notarized and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release within seventy-two (72) hours from time of initial notification from Sponsor (or shorter time if required by exigencies). If such documents are not returned within the specified time-period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZE:
One (1) Prize is available. The Prize consists of $20,000 awarded to the confirmed winner which may be used to travel to Santa Clara, CA in February 2026. Should winner wish to use the Prize to travel to Santa Clara in February, representatives of Sponsor will be available to help coordinate travel.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize is not assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility
All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the prize received. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize.
GENERAL: Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, where permitted by law, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities to the extent permissible by law (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. However, nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude the Sweepstakes Entities' liability for death or personal injury causes by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not, as a matter of law, be limited or excluded.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding a prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
WINNERS’ LIST: Any legally required winners’ list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Drafters Logic Football Experience Sweepstakes Winner, ADDRESS. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
